Getting started with trial: activation and login
SaaS trial signup, email / quick login, and the organization’s first password change; after activation, choose demo experience or trial with your own data.

Goal: Submit signup to get a trial environment, then enter with quick login or email + password.
Two trial paths (pick after activation)

Below finishes activation and login first; once the environment is ready, pick a path from the table.
Prerequisites
- An unused organization name and contact email.
- A rough expected student-size tier (for plan reference).
- The primary target language for the trial (teaching language pack; options come from the platform target-language catalog).
How to start a trial
Where: Organization website → Sign up / Book trial / Start trial (follow current site copy).
- Fill organization name, contact email, expected student size, choose primary target language (required; you may also check at most one add-on language pack), and accept terms.
- After submit, the system checks whether org name and contact email are already taken.
- On success:
- Selected languages are written into the org Speaking & exams language packs (adjustable later in App settings, still limited by the platform catalog)
- The success page offers quick login: Teacher login / Student login / Organization login
- The same links are emailed to the contact (check spam)
- Trial environments usually include a demo class and demo teachers/students (generated for the primary target language)—good for the demo-data quick path.
Email, quick login, and first password change
During the trial, quick links are generally reusable: from the success page or email tap Teacher / Student / Organization login; or use App login with email + password (better for ongoing reuse).
Organization first time: login page choose Organization → initial password → if prompted to change, set at least 8 characters (letters and digits required) → then email + new password. Teacher/student password changes: Student first login, Teacher first login. Directory Enter into teacher/student pages usually does not force a password change.
How to confirm success
Success page / email: all three quick logins work; Organization admin can also sign in again with email + new password.
Common failures
If name/email is taken, change it or contact the platform; if no email, check spam or use the success page; if quick login fails, confirm the trial is still active; if session is odd, open the link again. More: FAQ: Organization admin.
