First login (org code + account)

Audience: Students · Applies to: SaaS / private (login URL may differ; steps are the same)

Goal: Reach the student Home with the account your organization issued, and confirm main nav works.

Prerequisites

• Your organization has provisioned a student account (admin directory create/import, or trial demo account).
• You know the org code, email, and password—or you have the student quick login link from the trial email.
• You opened the login page in a browser, PWA, or the App your organization provides (see Devices and access).

Where in the UI

Open the DodoSpeak App login page (browser / PWA / client all work).

Steps

1. Open the login page and choose identity Student.
2. Enter org code, email, and password (on a dedicated domain, the org code may already be hidden).
3. Optionally check “remember login,” then tap Sign in.
4. If prompted to change password on first use: set a new password of at least 8 characters (letters and digits required), then enter Home.
5. After success, main nav should show: Home / Space / Speaking / Records / Me.

In a trial, you can also tap student quick login in the email or signup success page—no password needed (the link can be reused during the trial).

How to confirm success

• You see the organization name or branded top bar.
• Home loads; Speaking → To-do opens (empty to-dos are fine).
• Under Me you see profile, plus Messages / Notifications areas (see Messages and notifications).
