Student: from To-do to practice to Records
Example student daily workflow and success criteria.
Audience: Students · Applies to: SaaS / private
Goal: Walk one daily path—“have a task → finish practice → can review”—and open links for detailed clicks.
Scenario example
Monday open the App; Speaking → To-do shows the teacher’s “Japanese self-introduction” → open the matching practice surface and finish one round → see feedback under Records → if the mic misbehaves, self-check first, then ask the teacher.
Textbook path example: After the teacher publishes with Assign from textbook → open the task from Space (or Speaking to-do) → read materials on the lesson page → Start speaking practice → review under Records. See Space: learn textbook lessons from tasks.

Suggested rhythm: finish homework to-dos first; if none and the org allows, start in Self practice. For a placement ↔ practice loop, start with Oral placement or see Scenario: oral placement and practice loop.
Success criteria
- To-do becomes done (or in progress then ends cleanly).
- Records shows this practice result.
- Appearance / language preferences can be adjusted as needed—see App settings.
Common blockers (who to ask)

| No to-dos | Ask the teacher if published; or confirm identity / org |
| Practice entry unavailable | Org may not allow it, or trial limits—ask teacher or Organization admin |
| Want to change assignment rules | You cannot; when a task exists, the teacher’s task wins—see L2 / L3 |
