| To-do | See all speaking assignments from your teacher; it is an inbox, not a practice mode |
| Speaking tasks | Complete everyday speaking assignments from your teacher |
| Multi-party dialogue | Complete tasks with multiple roles taking turns |
| Speaking exam | Take a mock or formal speaking exam |
Recommended paths
You have an assignment
- Open Speaking → To-do.
- Select a task; the app opens Speaking tasks, Multi-party dialogue, or Speaking exam.
- Choose an available speaking method and follow the page instructions.
You want to practice on your own
- Open Speaking → Self practice.
- Choose a practice mode and, when needed, a scenario.
- Choose Talk live, Tap to talk, or Review & send, then tap Start session.
If your organization has not enabled self practice, complete a teacher assignment or contact your teacher.
Multi-party dialogue and speaking exams
- Links from To-do or notifications usually open the matching task directly.
- If you open either tab directly and no task is selected, select one from the in-page list first.
- Exams are answered question by question; available speaking methods depend on the exam page.
