Trial activation funnel (platform)
How does the platform/super admin view the commercial stage of the trial organization and the skip rate of the three-step checklist.
Audience: Platform operations/super administrators · Applies to: SaaS platform operation and maintenance and private super admin console (Institutional academic admin does not have this page)
Goal: See the trial organization stage distribution and the "Trial Three-Step Checklist Skip" summary at a glance, without having to manually sift through configuration logs to calculate proportions.
Where is the UI?
Unified management console (such as local 5210) → DodoSpeak → Trial activation funnel (the common path is /app/dodospeak/trial-activation-funnel).
Select the statistical days and click Query. This page is read-only; cannot be opened by institutional academic admins; institutional administrators still see single skipped events in the institution's Settings → Log on a daily basis.
What to see on the board

How to confirm success
- After changing the statistical days and querying, the numbers and recent details are refreshed.
- Academic admin accounts cannot access this page.
- A single skip can still find the corresponding record in the organization configuration log.
