Teacher: View class report
On Reports, view completion rates and drill into student practice performance.

Goal: Understand class completion and find students who need follow-up.
This page is the learning-status report (main nav Reports → Class status tab). The same Reports page also has Export / reports and Trend / curves. Stage grades: Stage grades: rules and generation. Academic templates: Academic reports. Trends: Report curves.
Prerequisites
- The target class has published tasks and students have practice records (new classes may be empty for a while).
- You are bound to that class.
Where in the UI
Teacher app → Reports (defaults to Class status). You can also enter from Home class cards / follow-up View report, or related Classes entries.
Common report information
| Info | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Completion rate | Overall class progress; if low, prioritize overdue students |
| Task count | How many published tasks the class has |
| Student row: status / practice count / rounds | Who has not started, who is in progress, who is done |
| Overdue | Remind these students first |
| Student personal report | Practice history, error stats, score summary |
| Exam detail | If there are exam tasks, drill into exam results (follow the UI) |
Metrics follow the current UI; if empty, confirm students have finished practice.
Steps
- Open Reports, pick a class (options often show “class name · status”).
- Review class summary (completion rate, task count, overdue tips).
- In the student list, find incomplete / overdue students.
- Tap a student to open the personal learning report.
- Use frequent or recent issues to decide classroom follow-up or targeted new tasks.
How to confirm success
- You can switch classes and load detail (not stuck on errors).
- Tapping a student opens a personal report or an empty “no records yet” state (empty still means the path works).
Common failures

| No task detail yet | Publish on main nav Tasks or Me → More → Speaking exam first |
| Student report empty | Student has not practiced; remind them to enter Speaking → To-do |
