Audience: All roles · Applies to: SaaS / private
How do “best practices” differ from role guides?
- Role guides: step-by-step clicks (how to tap)
- Best practices: string those steps into a clear usage flow (what order, what counts as success)
Start from Workflow overview.
Which flow should I read?
| You are | Read |
|---|---|
| Student | Student workflow |
| Teacher | Teacher workflow |
| Organization admin | Organization admin workflow |
| Super admin (private) | Super admin workflow |
Cross-role order is in the overview’s “one map across roles.”
Do SaaS and private start the same?
No. SaaS starts when the Organization admin opens a trial; private starts when Super admin readies the instance and opens an org, then hands off to Organization admin. See Workflow overview.
What counts as “worked through”?
- Student: to-do done; result visible in Records
- Teacher: task appears on the student side; Reports opens
- Organization admin: teachers and students can sign in; at least one task runs assign → practice
- Super admin: Organization admin can take over; go-live checklist business items checked
Each article has a “Success criteria” section.
Will best practices grow many “scenario examples”? How do I find them?
Per-role usage flows (org / teacher / student / Super admin) are the main path and stay in the sidebar. New concrete scenarios use the title prefix “Scenario:” and are listed in the Workflow overview catalog table. New business capability blocks use “Topic:” under Business guides.
