Teacher: from assign to Reports to adjust

Example teacher weekly teaching workflow and success criteria.

practicesteacher

Audience: Teachers · Applies to: SaaS / private

Goal: Run a week of teaching with “set defaults → assign → read Reports (including Export / curve tabs) → adjust again,” without filling forms from scratch every time.

Scenario example

At term start, set common scenario and practice-type defaults for the class → each Monday publish this week’s speaking work on main nav Tasks → Friday open Reports → Class for completion and performance; when needed switch to Trends / curve or Export / reports (Home shortcuts or Me → More also land on those tabs) → next week tweak defaults or add drills.

Textbook path example: Monday on Tasks choose Assign from textbook, pick a lesson from the pack and publish (optional lesson-prep adjustments) → students open the lesson page from Course / Speaking to-do, read materials, then speak → Friday check completion under Reports. Steps: Assign from textbook, Students learn textbook lessons.

Exam path example: On Tasks tap Assign speaking exam (or secondary Me → More → Speaking exam) → students take it from Speaking → Speaking exam exam to-dos → teacher drills down under Reports → Class. See Assign speaking exam.
