Super administrator and platform capabilities
Super administrator responsibilities in private deployment, as well as capability map, system registration, and integrated configuration portal navigation.
Audience: IT/Operation and Maintenance/Delivery · Applies to: Private deployment (SaaS is operated and maintained by the platform, and this entry point is generally not visible on the institutional side)
Goal: Distinguish between super administrators and Organization administrators, and know where to enter and manage instance-level "platform capabilities" and "integrated configurations". This article is an entry guide, not a step-by-step manual.
Who is the super administrator?
| Super administrator (instance operation and maintenance) | Organization administrator | |
|---|---|---|
| What to care for | Bootstrap, registration reconciliation, capacity limit, instance-level integration/email channel, etc. of this private instance | Classes, import, brand, practice policy, billing view, etc. of this institution |
| No matter what | Which questions a class will practice today, daily arrangements and corrections | Activate capability packs that are not enabled on the platform, change instances ENV |
| Login | Super administrator login entry point (the copy shall be subject to the UI) | Select "Organization" on the App login page |
In a private environment, the super-managed account is kept by the customer. Corresponds to "Platform/super admin (L0)" in Roles and Business Boundaries.
Platform capability related entry point
Common items in the sidebar (consistent with the App, subject to the current version):
| Entry point | One sentence |
|---|---|
| Deployment / Bootstrap | Instance seed and readiness status; complete Bootstrap first if not ready |
| System Registration | ENV and DB profile/capability pack reconciliation and audit |
| Competency Map | Compare enabled capability packs, practice mode, and spoken runtime; editing often jumps to practice configuration or system registration |
| Exercise configuration (instance level) | Platform exercise Catalog (scenario/pipeline catalog) and capability pack check; determine the upper limit of organizational policies that can be checked |
| Configuration Log | Instance configuration change audit (view on demand) |
| Trial activation funnel (Platform console) | Trial stage distribution and three-step checklist skip summary; see Trial activation funnel (Platform) |
Three sentences to remember (consistent with business guidelines):
- Capability pack determines "what the platform can do at most."
- Organization practice policy determines "what is actually open to the institution."
- Spoken language engine/runtime ENV determines "which technical link the request should take" - it may be displayed out of sync with the capability pack directory.
For capability details, please see Platform capability packs (L0), Four-Layer Configuration One Picture. After the institution is opened, the Organization admin will configure policies. See Organization Policy and Activation.
Integrated configuration (super admin)
On the super admin side, "Integration Configuration" is used to view or configure Data Integration and Email Channel by organization (common UI tab: Data Integration/Email).
| Who | What |
|---|---|
| Super admin | Instance side channel, integration/email related configuration entry point by organization |
| Organization admin/IT | Daily CSV import and export, API joint debugging and online list |
The daily integration steps still follow Which data entry method to choose; for the data plan after going online, see How to enter data after going online. This article only identifies the super pipe entry point and does not repeat the fields and joint debugging details.
Suggested order of operations (private)
- Installation and Configuration completed, health check passed.
- Super management login → Bootstrap ready → Capability pack / spoken language engine meets the delivery agreement.
- (As needed) Confirm that the data integration and email channels are available in the integration configuration.
- Opening an organization for the first time → Log in as the Organization administrator and configure practice policies.
- Use the Online Checklist for business acceptance.
